Virtual Listing Walk-Through Tours

In this day and age of video, I get more and more requests to do 'virtual showings' to prospective buyers who can't get to the property in question immediately. Using platforms such as Facetime, Google Meet and Zoom have proven to be invaluable to do these, as long as there's a good cell or internet connection that is!
Once that virtual showing has been done, buyers can decide whether to make the physical trip sooner or later, or not at all.
Walk-Through Tour Video
Another great way to show buyers properties in an authentic way is walk-through tours via video, such as this one done recently of my listing at 6675 Leeds Manor Rd, Marshall, VA 20115.
Technology continues to advance at an amazing pace. The quality of mobile video through a standard smartphone is incredible which, coupled with using a gimbal, such as my DJI Osmo Mobile 3, produces a really watchable product.
